From that which I witnessed of my brother, and my Shaykh, Sa’eed ibn ‘Alee Wahf al-Qahtaanee, was that whilst he was sedated in the National Guard Hospital in Jeddah, he was keen on giving da’wah.
It is incumbent upon the one to whom advice has been given by his [Muslim] brother to bear the advice with good thoughts, and to thank him for his advice.
[The] concealing of knowledge [leads to] disaster, and [the] concealing of action [leads to] salvation.
‘Eed is not about the one who wears new [clothing], rather, ‘Eed is about the one whose obedience [to Allaah] has increased.
Continuing to fast after the fast of Ramadhaan is a sign of the acceptance of the fast of Ramadhaan.
Supplication is the weapon of the strong and the weak, and it is from the delights of the Prophets and the sincere, and with it they seek [aid from Allaah] to ward off all harm.
