Deeds done in secret

Reference: Sifatus-Safwah – Volume 2, Page 234

Sufyaan Ibn ‘Uyaynah said:

If [one’s] deeds done in secret are equal to [one’s] deeds done in public, then that is fair.

And if [one’s] deeds done in secret are better than [one’s] deeds done in public, then that is better.

And if [one’s] deeds done in public are better than [one’s] deeds done in secret, then that is unjust.

He is a graduate of the Islaamic University of Madeenah, having graduated from the Institute of Arabic Language, and later the Faculty of Sharee'ah in 2004. He currently resides in Birmingham, UK.
