Question: Is the saying of the mu.adhdhin"and say all Praise for Him who has no offspring" (wa qulil-Hamdu lillaahil-ladthee lam yat-takidth waladan) an innovation?

Response: Yes, this saying "and say all Praise for Him who has no offspring" is an innovation.
