Question: [What is the ruling] regarding perfuming [oneself] with cologne, and if a person perfumed his clothing with it, can he pray in that clothing?

Response: If the percentage of alcohol in it (the cologne) is large, then it is better to refrain from perfuming with it, and if it is little, then there is no harm. As for the prayer in them (clothes), then it is correct whatever the case.
