The prayer of the one suffering from bowel problems and wind

Question: [Regarding] the one suffering from bowel problems and [also] the one who has wind problems – does the ruling of the one suffering from incontinence apply to them [too], that they must renew their wudhoo for every prayer?

Response: If this is something which is continuous, and he has no control over it, then he is like the one suffering from incontinence. So he must perform wudhoo when (every time) he intends to pray, and in doing so he [then] prays in whatever condition he is in – even if anything (wind) passes from him, his prayer is correct.
