مع قلة حروفها تعدل ثلث القرآن ؛
لأن فيها التوحيد،
فعُلِمَ أن آيات التوحيد أفضل من غيرها.

Majmoo’ al-Fataawa v17 p190

Ibn Taymiyyah رحمه الله said:

{Say, “He is Allaah, [who is] One…} al-Ikhlaas 112:1-4

Despite its few words, it [still] equates to a third of the Qur.aan.

That is because therein is [affirmation of] tawheed.

So we know from that, the verses of tawheed are better than those that are of other than tawheed.
