Shaykh ‘Aasim al-Qaryootee said:

This aayah was often repeated by our esteemed Shaykh Ibn Baaz رحمه الله and I heard it from him many times.

Among the greatest things that have come regarding the reward of the patient is His سبحانه و تعالى saying:

{Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without measure} – az-Zumar 39:10

• Patience in worship;

• Patience in refraining from sin;

• Patience in enduring the painful decrees of Allaah.

O Allaah, make us among the patient.
