Every three days during Ramadhaan

There is not a servant who fasts a day in the way of Allaah, except that Allaah removes his face from the Fire by the distance of seventy years because of that.
Fasting is a shield
Fasting is a shield with which a servant protects himself from the Fire.
Take to fasting, there is nothing like it
‘O Messenger of Allaah tell me of an action by which I may enter Paradise?’ He ﷺ said:
