– قال ابن مسعود رضي الله :

مَنْ كَان يُحِبُّ أن يَعَلم أنَّهُ “ يُحِبُّ اللَّهِ “
فَـ ليَعَرِض نَفسَهُ عَلى القُرآنِ ، فَإن أَحَبَّ القُرآن فَهوَ يُحِبُّ اللَّه ؛ فَإنَمَا القُرآن كَلامُ اللَّهِ ".

‘Abdullaah Ibn Mas’ood رضي الله عنه said:

Whoever wishes to know whether he truly loves Allaah should measure himself against the Qur.aan; if he loves the Qur.aan, then he loves Allaah, for indeed the Qur.aan is the word of Allaah.
