Using coloured contact lenses

Question: What is the ruling regarding using coloured contact lenses for beautification?

Response: There is no harm [in using coloured contact lenses], so long as [the following] two conditions are met:

1) They are not harmful to the eyes;

2) They do not resemble the eyes of animals.
