Obedience to Allaah alone
There is no Islaam except with unity, and there is no unity except with leadership, and there is no leadership except with obedience [to Allaah عز و جل].
You are unable to please all of the people
Indeed, you are unable to please all of the people, so rectify that which is between you and Allaah, and do not concern yourself with [what] the people [may think or say].
There is no resemblance with His creation
Whoever resembles Allaah with His creation, then he has disbelieved.
Declaring a Muslim a disbeliever
Muhammad ibn Abi Haatim narrates that a man came to Abu ‘Abdillaah al-Bukhaaree and said: ‘O Abaa ‘Abdillaah, such and such has said that you are a disbeliever!!’
Attaining the genuine love of Allaah
[Only the one] who [truly] knows [about] Allaah will [be able to] love Him, and when he does love Him, he shall obey Him.
There was no day that anyone wept more than him
We arrived in ash-Shaam along with ‘Umar, and [when] Bilaal [ibn Rabaah] called the adhaan, the people remembered the Prophet ﷺ, and there was no day that anyone wept more than him (Bilaal).
Sincere and genuine reliance upon Allaah alone
at-Tawakkul (complete and total trust) in Allaah [alone] is intertwined with eemaan.
