Comforting your anxious companion
'Umar [ibn al-Khattaab] رضي الله عنه said:
'I will say something that will make the Prophet ﷺ laugh.' Transmitted by Muslim no.1478 Ibn Hajar رحمه الله said
What is the matter with us?!!
'Aa.ishah رضي الله عنها said that the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ would increase in saying
They say it is an innovation
And as for Ahlus-Sunnah wal-Jamaa'ah, then regarding every action and speech which has not been [authentically] reported from the companions [of the Prophet ﷺ] - then they say it is an innovation.
