I have not seen anything that nourishes the mind and the soul, and preserves the body, and ensures [genuine] happiness more than perpetually looking at the Book of Allaah.

Signs of happiness and success
From the signs of happiness and success is the more a worshipper is increased in [beneficial] knowledge, the more he is increased in humility and compassion [towards others].
