I am approaching 70; between me and 70 is [but] a year. If you were to ask me:
‘What is your advice to every Muslim?’ – listen to this, it is [just] one word:
Overlook things as much as you are able.

‘Umar [ibn al-Khattaab] رضي الله عنه said:
‘I will say something that will make the Prophet ﷺ laugh.’ Transmitted by Muslim no.1478 Ibn Hajar رحمه الله said
From the causes of worry, sadness and sorrow
Indeed, worry, sadness and sorrow occur from two directions: One of them is a desire for the world and pursuit for it, and the second is a deficiency in righteous deeds and worship.
Falling short
Indeed it is my falling short [of sufficient good deeds] that I weep over.
