No water to perform wudhoo, nor sand to do tayammum

Question: Sometimes I cannot find any water [to perform wudhoo with], nor sand [or soil to do tayammum with], so what should I do when I want to pray?

Response: You should pray as you are, even if it is without wudhoo or tayammum; [it is important that] you do not leave the prayer, as Allaah تعالى says:
