The cure to that which you suspect to be a mistake

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen رحمه الله mentions:

Just as I have mentioned previously, the cure to that which you suspect to be a mistake is to telephone the one whom you suspect has made the mistake and discuss the issue with him, then consider your position after the discussion.
