Saheeh al-Bukhaaree lesson in al-Masjid an-Nabawee
– Thursday 30 Safar, 1440H

Dr. ‘Abdur-Rahmaan al-‘Omaisaan said

I heard our Shaykh, ‘Abdul-Muhsin al-‘Abbaad (hafitha-hullaahu ta’aala) say:

“Regarding that which has been [authentically] reported about the prohibition of walking in a single shoe (footwear), then [wearing] a khuff (leather sock) or a [regular] sock [on a single foot] is also included [in this prohibition] – as they are [considered to be] a type of footwear.”
