The recompense of knowingly swearing a false oath
I had a disagreement with a man, and we took the matter to court where he was asked to swear an oath [that he was telling the truth], but [in actual fact] he was lying.
I love you for the sake of Allaah
The Prophet ﷺ met me and said:
O Mu’aadh, indeed I love you for the Sake of Allaah.
[And] I replied
