Using the least amount of water doing wudhoo

Muhammad ibn ‘Abdillaah ibn ‘Abdil-Hakeen said:

I have not seen anyone use the least amount of water purifying himself [doing wudhoo] than [Imaam] ash-Shaafi’ee.
