أو يضرون وينذر لهم ويتقرب إليهم
فهذا مشرك الشرك الأكبر

Shaykh Dr. Saalih al-Fowzaan said:

Whoever believes in the dead – that they benefit or harm, and undertakes an oath to them and draws near to them – then he is a mushrik, having committed major shirk.
