The prayer of the one suffering from bowel problems and wind

Question: He says, [regarding] the one suffering from bowel problems and [also] the one who has wind problems – does the ruling of the one suffering from incontinence apply to them [too], that they must renew their wudhoo for every prayer?

Response: If this is something which is continuous, and he has no control over it, then he is like the one suffering from incontinence.

[So] he should perform wudhoo [at the time] when he intends to pray; and in doing so, he should [then] pray [right away] as he is – even if anything (wind) passes from him [before or during the prayer], his prayer is valid [in shaa.-Allaah].

Yes.
