What should the Muslim say if he forgets to utter [بسم الله] when doing wudhoo, and then he remembers [not having done so] just before completing the wudhoo?
He then uttered this dhikr, and asked Allaah to make firm the Qur.aan in his heart; thereafter, he never forgot the Qur.aan.
Whoever says «سبحان ربي الأعلى» when in rukoo’ instead of «سبحان ربي العظيم» – or otherwise when in sujood, is he then required to perform the prostration of forgetfulness (sujood as-sahoo)?
After completing the prayer, I began to doubt whether I [sat and] recited the first tashahhud or not. So what is the ruling [regarding that]?
