What is required to be said during the prostration of forgetfulness?
When in prayer, where should our sight be focused whilst standing in front of the Ka’bah?
‘Every one [of the congregation] should individually prostrate a prostration [of forgetfulness].’
Upon completing reading the [entire] Qur.aan, ‘Abdullaah ibn al-Mubaarak would [then] like supplicating whilst in prostration.
I saw ath-Thowree in the Haram after [the] maghrib [prayer]; He prayed, then descended into prostration and did not rise until the call (adhaan) for the ‘ishaa prayer [was made].
