Other than al-Qa’nabee رحمه الله, I have not seen anyone who by the mere sight of them they would evoke others to remember Allaah تعالى. If he were to pass by a gathering [of people] they would say

Remembering death and the Hereafter
[About as-Saffaar رحمه الله it was said]: ‘…and he was seldom seen to be smiling.’
Should you remember me, then supplicate for me
O my brother, the benefit of getting together is [that it reminds us] to supplicate [for one another].
Never did I see anyone who remembered death more than him
Never did I sit in the gathering of Sufyaan, except that there was mention of death, [and] never did I see anyone who remembered death more than him.
