Youth afflicted with committing a sin
I am a youth, and have been afflicted with [committing] a sin, and every time I repent [to Allaah] from it, I go back to doing it; I [just] want to be free of it, [so] if I were to do it again, is it permissible for me to undertake an oath that I shall fast a day for the Sake of Allaah, or give in charity so [as a result of which] He will safeguard me from doing it again?

I advise the youth to hasten in getting married
And I advise the youth to hasten in getting married, particularly in this day and age in which the causes of fitnah and temptations have increased.
He would read 800 pages a day
He was extremely fond of knowledge, and would read extensively, such that when he was in his youth, he would read 800 pages a day, and read 2,000 volumes in the moonlight.
The best of fasts
How are we to understand the Prophet ﷺ encouraging ‘Abdullaah ibn ‘Amr al-’Aas رضي الله عنه with the fast of [Prophet] Daawood (‘alayhis-salaam), whilst he himself did not fast it despite it being the best of fasts?
Dyeing grey hair black
I am a young man at the prime of my age, and I work in the medical field where I need to wear a uniform. Most of the hair [on my head] has turned grey, so is it permissible for me to dye it in black?
