Using oil-based and liquid-based perfumes whilst fasting

Question: Is it permissible to use perfume such as oil-based ‘ood [عود] and colognes and incense during the day in Ramadhaan?

Response: Yes, it is permissible to use them on the condition that one does not inhale the incense.
