Question: Is the declaration of the divorce of the intoxicated binding?
Response: We do not give fatwa regarding this, unless this matter has specifically occurred. As from the point of generality, then you must refer to the court. If the court views that the divorce should be processed, then it will process it. And if it views that it should not be processed, then it will not process it.
