Expiating an oath by feeding a single person instead of ten

Regarding the expiation of an oath, what is the [required] amount for feeding a poor and destitute person?

Wife tempted him and he broke the fast he was making up

His wife, who was not fasting, presented herself to him and he was unable to control himself until he had intercourse with her.

Did not make up the days from previous Ramadhaan

Is it permissible for one to break the fast which was [legally] required to be made up? Likewise with the naafilah fast?

A man had sexual intercourse with his wife during the day in Ramadhaan and [as such] he has fasted the penalty (kaffaarah) of two months consecutively.

The rulings pertaining to making up the fast

Whoever breaks his fast or is unable to fast during Ramadhaan due to an Islaamically permissible reason, then he is required to make up for this day.
