I do not know of a hadeeth which is so immense in reward, and [yet] little in action than the [following] hadeeth…

It has been narrated that you said the prayers and salutations upon the Prophet (sal-Allaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) during the second [part of the] khutbah is an innovation; so is this correct?
Is there anything [authentically] reported regarding sending prayers and salutations upon the Prophet (sal-Allaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) on the night of jumu’ah?
My sister undertook a vow to fast on Friday, so is it permissible for her to fulfil her vow or not? And if it is not permissible, is she then required to make an expiation?
