سُئل ﺣﺬﻳﻔﺔ ﺑﻦ ﺍﻟﻴﻤﺎﻥ ﺭﺿﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻪ:
ﺃﻱ ﺍﻟﻔﺘﻦ ﺃﺷﺪ ؟
ﻗﺎﻝ : ﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﺮﺽ ﻋﻠﻴﻚ ﺍﻟﺨﻴﺮ ﻭﺍﻟﺸﺮ.
ﻓﻼ ﺗﺪﺭﻱ ﺃﻳﻬﻤﺎ ﺗﺮﻛﺐ.
