الحذر من كتب أهل الأهواء والبدع!

قال الفضل بن زياد: سألت أبا عبد الله – يعني أحمد بن حنبل- عن الكرابيسي وما أظهره؟
فكلح وجهه ثم قال:
(إنما جاء بلاؤهم من هذه الكتب التي وضعوها تركوا آثار رسول الله -صلى الله عليه وسلم- وأصحابه، وأقبلوا على هذه الكتب).

Fudhayl ibn ‘Iyaadh رحمه الله said:

I asked Abu ‘Abdillaah – meaning Ahmad ibn Hanbal – about al-Karaabeesee and what he came with.

So he had a look of anger on his face, and said:

“Indeed, their tribulations came about from these books which they turned to, and left the narrations of the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ and his companions.”
