Did the israa and mi’raaj of the Messenger ﷺ take place in his dream, or was it when he was awake?
The greatest loss
“We buried the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ five nights ago.”
How about of those other than them?!
Neither Allaah nor His Messenger commanded [us] to observe the days of misfortune for the Prophets and their deaths as a period of mourning – so how about of those other than them?!
The national anthem
It is not permissible for the Muslim to stand out of respect for any national flag or salute.
Conveying knowledge
After [the rank of] Prophethood, I do not know of a rank better than conveying knowledge.
A caution against books of the people of desires and innovations
Indeed, their tribulations came about from these books which they turned to, and left the narrations of the Messenger of Allaah ﷺ and his companions.
A cause for blessings
Invoking prayers and salutations upon the Prophet ﷺ is a cause for blessings being bestowed [by Allaah] upon the invoker, and his work, and his age, and the causes of [his] benefit.
Victory against the oppressors
Indeed, a person will be victorious and will defeat and overcome [his enemy] by following [the guidance and example of] the messengers.
Repent and turn back to Allaah
So whoever commits [a deed] which Allaah and His Messenger have forbidden, has harmed his religion; and he must remedy this harm by repentance and turning back [to Allaah].
