In al-Masjid al-Haraam, there is no sin in passing in front of the one who is praying, as this is permissible according to the majority of the scholars.

From the differences between Makkah & Madeenah
It is permissible for a disbeliever to enter Madeenah based upon the evidence that when Thumaamah ibn Athaal took the horses of the companions, they brought him [back] and tied him to one of the pillars of the Masjid [an-Nabawee].
Had not performed Maghrib prayer from day before
He is [immediately] required to break his prayer, and then make up the missed [maghrib prayer from the day before] and then pray the current maghrib [prayer].
She stipulates he is not to marry again
If a woman stipulates at the time of the [marriage] contract that [her husband-to-be] he is not to marry again whilst he remains married to her, then this condition is valid.
