By Allaah, were the hearts sound (pure), they would be saddened at missing out [from the goodness to be attained].

Your appointed time is approaching
The truth is that a happy life is not [attained] with an abundance of wealth, nor an abundance of sustenance, nor superficially nice appearances - which in reality are not-so-nice.
Taking photos and videos of children and sharing them
Indeed, it is a sign of a lack of knowledge and a lack of intelligence to take pictures [and videos] of your children in their best attire and send (share) them to people.
Remember, and be grateful for all your blessings
And this is [the case with] most of the blessings; in the main, they are not appreciated until they are lost.
Helping the people fulfil their needs
Whoever busies himself with [helping fulfil] the needs of the people, Allaah will aid him in [fulfilling] his personal needs.
Beware of indulging in the pursuit of comfort and luxury
So the more the people increase in [comfort and] luxury, the more they open up before the people, [and as a result] the more evils open up before them.
Beware of sudden death
Towards the end of time - and pay attention to this - [towards] the end of time, sudden death will increase.
Provision is solely in the Hand of Allaah
[Regarding] the dunya [of the believer], if it is lost [in the Path of Allaah], then Allaah will compensate for it, because the [matter of] provision is [solely] in the Hand of Allaah.
A sound heart
...and the shortest of paths to Paradise is soundness* of the heart.
The most tender hearted of people
Shu'bah was the most tender [hearted] of people; he would give the seeker [of aid] whatever was possible for him [to give].
