Towards the end of time – and pay attention to this – [towards] the end of time, sudden death will increase.

From the greatest of blessings upon us is the blessing of Islaam and the blessing of the Qur.aan.

The pleasure which remains after death, and [that which] benefits in the Hereafter is the pleasure [attained] from knowledge of Allaah and actions for His Sake [alone].
The masjid is a marketplace of the Hereafter
‘Ataa ibn Yasaar رحمه الله saw a man trading in the masjid, so he said to him
The love of this world
There is none who loves [the pursuit of] this world, except that he has not loved death; [yet] whoever exerts himself [in righteousness] towards it (death), [will find that he] loves to meet his Lord.
Remembering death and the Hereafter
[About as-Saffaar رحمه الله it was said]: ‘…and he was seldom seen to be smiling.’
Attaining the sweetness of worship
Having worshiped Allaah for 50 years, I had not found (experienced) the sweetness of worship until I left three things
