The questioner is saying [O] Noble Shaykh, in [a few] days, we will be welcoming [the arrival of] the ten days of Dhul-Hijjah, so what is your advice for everyone to take advantage of them?
About the first ten days of Dhul-Hijjah
And it is also the responsibility for students of knowledge to raise awareness among the people regarding the virtues of these ten days, as many people are neglectful of them, and unaware of their great merit. So they need to be reminded, taught, and informed.
