Seize the opportunity of life, and draw closer to Allaah
So we should take advantage of our life – in obedience to Allaah Subhaanahu wa Ta’aala, because life is short, and time is passing [us by]. Time is [but] moments, not days, nor hours. Rather it is moments that pass by quickly.
Be prompt in repenting for your sins
[So] how pitiful is the one who is prevented from goodness in his old age for sins committed during [his] youth!
A reminder for the believer
During hardship, the believer is commanded with patience and acceptance, and when [having committed] sins, to seek forgiveness and repentance.

Do not be alone with a woman; even if you were to say: ‘I am teaching her the Qur.aan.’
Most of the sins are borne of…
Most of the sins are borne of idle speech and looking [at that which is prohibited]…
Allaah will replace it with something better
«Verily, you will never leave anything for the sake of Allaah عز و جل, except that Allaah will replace it with something better.»
Backbiting and gossiping about the faults of others
Do not think [for a moment] that Allaah is negligent about what the oppressors do, rather He will place someone over him who will deal with him just as he deals with the people.
