Question: What is the ruling about a pilgrim in the state of ihraam wearing something like a [little plastic] bag around his private parts, because he suffers from uncontrollable [discharge of] urine [drops], and does not want the urine to spread [everywhere]? Is [wearing] this [plastic bag] from that which is prohibited [to wear] during the state of ihraam?

Response: All praise is due to Allaah [alone].

This is certainly not from that which is prohibited [to wear] during the state of ihraam.

And Allaah [alone] has the Complete knowledge [of all affairs].
