Completing reading the Qur.aan before leaving Makkah

Reference: Transmitted by Ibn Abi Shaybah no.15187, with an authentic chain of transmission.

Ibraaheem an-Nakha’ee – the prominent taabi’ee said:

When they entered Makkah, they would not like to leave until they had completed reading the Qur.aan [in full] there.
