The menstruating woman sitting in the outside areas of al-Masjid al-Haraam

Reference: Sharh ‘Umdatil-Fiqh – Tape No.7, Question No.3

Question: Is it permissible for the menstruating woman to remain in the outside areas of al-Masjid al-Haraam?

Response: There is no harm [in her doing so] outside the enclosure [of the masjid]. There is no harm in the menstruating woman sitting [in the areas] outside al-Masjid al-Haraam and its doors.
