Shaykh Sulaymaan ar-Ruhaylee said:
My advice to the students of knowledge everywhere is to stand [firm] in a single line behind the[ir] Muslim leaders with respect to the precautionary measures [they have introduced] to deal with the Coronavirus pandemic.
And [in addition, my advice to them is] to strive hard in advising the people [with sound knowledge] in order to shut the[ir] path to the Khawaarij – in all their guises – who take advantage of the [heightened] emotions of the Muslims during crises to corrupt their religion and worldly life with the false claim they are doing so for their sense of honour for the religion [of Islaam].
