Question: In your opinion, what is the legal ruling regarding selling beauty products?
Response: There is no harm in selling permissible beauty products. As for prohibited beauty products, and those which oppose the etiquettes of the Sharee’ah, then it is not permissible [to sell them]; that is because it is [a form of] aiding [others] upon falsehood, [as Allaah عز و جل says]:
{And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression}, soorah al-Maa.idah, aayah 2
