Majmoo’ al-Fataawa – v17, p190
Shaykhul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah said:
{Say, “He is Allaah, [who is] One…} – soorah al-Ikhlaas
Despite its few words, it [still] equates to a third of the Qur.aan.
That is because therein is [affirmation of] tawheed.
So we know from that, the verses of tawheed are better than those that are of other than tawheed.
