Lesson of Saheeh al-Bukhaaree, 9th Rabee’ al-Awwal 1440H

Shaykh ‘Abdul-Muhsin al-‘Abbaad said:

The one whose name is not known should not be called out to by ‘Mohammed’.

Rather, he should be called out to by ‘Abdullaah’.

And this is how the Salaf would call out to someone whose name they did not know.

He is a graduate of the Islaamic University of Madeenah, having graduated from the Institute of Arabic Language, and later the Faculty of Sharee'ah in 2004. He currently resides in Birmingham, UK.
