Question: What is the ruling regarding delaying until 11am – [uttering] the [legislated] words of remembrance specific to the morning?

Response: If it was due to a [genuine] reason, such as if a person was asleep and did not wake up until that time, then I anticipate no harm in that. And if it was [delayed] for no particular reason, then [I remind you that] the [legislated] words of remembrance specific to the morning are to be done in the morning.
