Question: After performing wudhoo, [he has noticed] drops of urine pass – [and this is] before leaving for the masjid.
Response: If this is something from evil whisperings, then he should disregard it. If, however, he actually does pass drops of urine – and is unable to control himself [from passing them], then this is considered as incontinence. In this case, he should just perform wudhoo for [every] prayer, and pray. If, however, this is something out of the ordinary, then do not perform wudhoo until the urine ceases, then clean the private part, and [only] then perform wudhoo.
