Question: [Regarding the issue of] gathering together to recite the Qur.aan; Is it permissible to do this sometimes, or everyday?
Response: If the intent behind this arrangement is to simplify teaching Muslims who wish to study the Qur.aan, then there is no harm in that; If, however, the intent behind this arrangement is to worship Allaah – then this is not right [permissible].
