Reference: Mabaahith fee Ahkaam al-Fatwa p37
Ibn Luhay’ah narrates on the authority of ‘Abdullaah ibn Ja’far that the said:
«The one who is most prepared to give fatwa, is the one who is most prepared for the Fire.»
Translator’s note: This refers to those who put themselves forward considering themselves prepared, when in actual fact they are not qualified to do so, و الله أعلم
