Question: What is the ruling regarding constantly reserving a place in the masjid?
Response: [That is] not permissible, since the Prophet ﷺ prohibited for a man to sit himself in a spot just as the cow sits itself in a spot, meaning – to constantly assume a specific place and not move from it.
