Question: Does the ruling for an image created with a video camera carry the same ruling as an image created with a photographic camera?
Response: Yes. The ruling for creating a video image is [the same as] the ruling for creating a photographic image – it is not allowed; and it is prohibited based upon the generality of the [legislated] evidences.
